Sa svakim korakom, ovaj stan od 140 kvadrata otkriva disciplinovanu eleganciju prostora koji je istovremeno tih i samouveren. Tri spavaće sobe raspoređene su tako da stvaraju fluidnost, a ne samo funkciju. Ovde geometrija ne dominira, već poziva - svetlo se kreće bez prepreka, podstaknuto visinom plafona, transparentnim pregradama i pažljivo osmišljenim osvetljenjem koje ne samo da osvetljava, već modeluje atmosferu.

Dnevna zona je savršeno izbalansirana između skulpturalne ozbiljnosti i taktilne mekoće. Tamno drvo i vertikalne drvene letvice unose ritam u prostor, dok mat teksture, neutralne palete i tekstilne površine donose osećaj tihe sofisticiranosti. Nameštaj nije dodatak, već produžetak arhitektonskog jezika stana- linije su svedene, ali nijedna nije slučajna.

Kuhinja je izrađena kao monolit- dominira blokom kamena, ali bez teatralnosti. Njena prisutnost je suverena, ali kontrolisana.  Precizno izvedena, omogućava da svakodnevni rituali teku jednostavno i prirodno.

Svaka od spavaćih soba govori drugačijim jezikom teksture. U jednoj je naglasak na kontrastu grafitnog ormara i mlečne rasvete koja ga omekšava. U drugoj, staklena garderoba sa drvenom unutrašnjošću, poput kutije za svetlost. Zidovi su svedeni, bez narativa da bi postali platno vašeg. Sve je u preciznosti.

Kupatila donose čistu arhitektonsku strogoću: mermer sa izraženom šarom, ogledala bez rama, linearnost umivaonika. Bez potrebe za epitetima. Samo istina materijala i svetla.

The kitchen is conceived as a monolith, anchored by a bold stone island, yet free of drama. Its presence is composed, confident. This is not just a place to cook - it’s a space that elevates daily ritual into design.

Each of the three bedrooms speaks a distinct textural dialect. One contrasts graphite wardrobes with softened ambient lighting.
