By signing up on NadjiDom.com you can post your ads, and modify your existing ads. You can also save your favorite ads in a secure manner, change your profile, etc.

How to publish an ad?

To publish an ad, it is necessary to be logged in. By clicking on the link New ad in the user menu, a form for publishing ads will be displayed. After filling in all data, click on save and your ad will be added to our database.

How to edit an ad?

To edit your ad, you must be logged in. Once connected, click on the link Your ads in the user menu. The list of all your ads will be presented. Click on the icon "Edit" on the ad you want to chage. After finishing your changes, do not forget to click the "Save" button.

How to add a photo in the ad?

In the ad edit form, click on "Photos". You should see a field to add new photos, as well as all the photos you've already added. On this page, you can also specify which photo will be displayed in the search results, and also delete photos you no longer want.

How do I view my ads?

Click on the link Your ads in the main menu and a page containing a list of all your ads will appear.

How to search for ads?

Our search form is available in the header of each page. Fill in your search criteria (for example. City, neighborhood, type), click on the button 'Search' and NadjiDom.com will show all the ads that match your criteria.

What is the detailed search and how to use it?

The detailed search is for users with very precise needs. With detailed search, you can specify additional search criteria and limit the results only to ads that interest you.

If for example you want to find an apartment in Belgrade, in the district Vračar, with the surface between 30 and 50m², click on the link 'Detailed Search' and choose:

city Beograd,

district Vračar,

type appartement,

minimal surface 30 and

maximal surface 60m².

If you only want apartments with a garage, click on the link 'More options' and check the box 'garage'.

Be careful using the search options: if the owner did not indicate all the details in the ad, too much criteria will eliminate the ad, altough it could be precisely what you're looking for.

My research does not return any results. Why?

If no results are shown, it's because our portal contains no ads that match all your search criteria. In this case, you might try entering less criteria (for example, try only the city without the district, increase the price or surface range, etc..). You cal also check other results suggested by NadjiDom.com (by clicking on the link 'More results').

How to mark an ad?

If during your search you can find an ad you're interested in, but you want to continue your search, you can mark this ad for easy retrieval later. You can do this easily: on every ad, you will find the icon 'Mark this ad'. When you click on this icon, NadjiDom.com marks the ad for you. You can continue to look trough other ads and mark all of those that seem interesting.

How to display ads that I have previously marked?

To view the ads you have marked, click on the link 'Marked ads'. All your marked ads will appear as the results of a search.

Why don't I see ads that I have marked?

If you are not logged in on NadjiDom.com at the time when you mark the ad, you must allow cookies in your browser. In this case, you can only find your marked ads on the same computer that you used to mark them and only while your cookies are valid.

If you are logged in on NadjiDom.com at the time when you mark the ad, you can see your marked ads from anywhere - just log in with your username and you will have access to all your marked ads.

What is the agency profile?

The agency profile contains all the details of the agency, its logo, and the list of it's ads. You can see an example of a profile here.

Why is it important for an agency to have a profile?

The agency profile shows exclusivly your ads and data to users. By increasing the number of visits for the portal, NadjiDom.com also increases the number of visits for the profile of your agency.

What ads are shown as top results of a search?

The top results of each search are sponsored listings that match all the criteria of research.

What are GOLD ads?

The GOLD ads are ads that an agency wishes to feature and attract the attention of Internet users. These may include ads whose owner wishes to sell the property very quickly, some particularly interesting offers, etc..

Why is a GOLD ad better than a regular one?

The GOLD ads are always shown as top results of a search. Thus, these ads are viewed up to 90% more often than regular ones, which clearly influences their effectiveness. You can, of course, enable this service several times.
